Silver Spring Woman, 39, Missing For More Than A Week: Police

SILVER SPRING, MD — Meron Gebrehiwot, 39, has been missing since Friday, June 24 and the Montgomery County Police Department needs the public's assistance in locating her, according to a police report.

Gebrehiwot was last seen in the 1900 block of Featherwood Street in Silver Spring, according to police. She stands 5-foot-5, weighs about 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Police say she was seen wearing a long dress and a head scarf.
