TD Bank Names Manager of Silver Spring City Place Store

TD Bank has promoted Lawrence I. Thompson to Assistant Vice President, Store Manager of the Silver Spring City Place store located at 8661 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Greater Silver Spring.

Thompson has nine years of banking experience. He joined TD Bank in 2011 and most recently served as Assistant Store Manager in the Georgetown location. Thompson is a member of the Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce.

A resident of Gaithersburg, Thompson serves on the board of the Theatre Consortium of Silver Spring. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park.
