Join us as we explore the traditions of Valle d' Aosta , through three classic Valle d' Aosta courses, each paired with a wine chosen by Marco from the Micro Winery Di Barro, which just arrived in a new container from Italy. Along the way, Marco and Bobbi will demonstrate one of the courses live and share the stories behind the region, its food, and the wines that define it. You'll leave with recipes to recreate the dishes at home — and a deeper love of Italian table culture.
