• Baltimore County Council unanimously backs transit-oriented development designation for Lutherville Station (wmar2news.com) — A major redevelopment at Lutherville Station just cleared an important hurdle, with the Baltimore County Council unanimously backing a state transit-oriented development designation for the site by the Lutherville Light Rail Station. The plan now envisions 325 apartments plus extensive retail and office space, but still must win state TOD approval and pass the county's Planned Unit Development process before any construction can begin.
