
Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H) Member Thomas D. Kohn, Esq. was appointed to the technology committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (BABC).
This committee keeps abreast of technological advances and changes within the legal community and makes such information available to the BABC and its members. It also conducts seminars and teaching sessions to assist BABC membership with learning and integrating technology skills into their law practices.
Bringing over 25 years legal experience, Kohn focuses his practice on business and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation and franchise law. He regularly assists business owners and corporate leaders in navigating the complicated issues they face in today's constantly changing business environment.

Last year, Kohn joined ARD&H after serving as a principal in Lenrow, Kohn & Oliver, P.C., the firm he co-founded in 1995. Throughout his career, he was selected six times as a “Maryland Super Lawyer” and four times to the “SmartCEO Maryland Legal Elite.” Additionally, he was chosen for Super Lawyers Business Edition 2012.
A past member of BABC’s professional ethics committee, Kohn currently serves on WYPR 88.1 FM’s Community Advisory Board and the Baltimore Jewish Community Center (JCC) Board of Directors. He also chairs the JCC Arts & Culture Council.

Kohn earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude. A Baltimore native, Kohn resides in Lutherville with his wife, Shari, and their children, Rachel and A.J.
