Beauty on a Budget: Unbelievable Deals for Cosmetics Worth Their Weight in Gold

You've probably heard the adage "you get what you pay for." Well, sometimes the stars align and you get more that you paid for. The two products I'd like to highlight today I use everyday myself, and can vouch for personally.

Jordana Mascara

This mascara is awesome at building volume.  It costs $3 and I've only found it at Walgreens.  It only comes in one color—black—but it works really well to make your eye lashes thick and noticeable.

Elf Primer

This primer is designed to be used on your eyelids to keep your eyeshadow on all day.  I've found if I put in on my lips as well, it keeps the lipstick on for longer than it would stay without it.  It costs $1 and I've only found the Elf brand at Target.
