As a Settlement Officer, Tim manages every stage of the settlement process while helping real estate agents build stronger businesses and lasting client relationships. He brings precision, transparency, and genuine care to every transaction he handles.

A graduate of Salisbury University and a licensed title producer, Tim combines his technical expertise with a customer-first mindset that has earned him a reputation for professionalism and reliability throughout his career.
