7th Annual Dog-A-Thon

Lorien Mays Chapel will be attending the Pets on Wheels 7th Annual Dog-A-Thon, Saturday July 7th and 8th at the Maryland State Fair Grounds.

Pets On Wheels, Inc.’s Annual Dog-a-Thon is a volunteer driven activity; you register to walk (less than a mile) and you get people to sponsor you walking. People come from all over and bring their pets. There will be various demos, contests, vendors of all kinds, raffle table and a silent auction.

• The Oriole bird will appear on Saturday, July 7th from 10-11am
  
  
• Poe the Raven will visit on Sunday, July 8th from 12-1pm
  
  
• Food will be available for purchase from KS Catering.
  
  
• Oriole Dog Training Club will be holding a flyball tournament this year!
  
  
• Butler Medical Transport will be on site this year in case medical assistance is needed.

Do you like to dress up and have your picture taken? Bring yourself and your pet to the Dog-a-Thon to walk the red carpet and have your pictures taken by our puparzzi. How fun is that?! You can leave the event with a fun photo of you and your pet. All proceeds benefit Pets on Wheels.
