Valley View Farms will host a Bonsai demonstration using Jin and Shari, two techniques using dead wood to create the illusion of age. There will also be a discussion of the difference between Japanese and Chinese Bonsai, as well as the two trees of the month: Taxodium (Bald Cypress) and Metasequoia (Dawn Redwood). Demonstration begins at 9am.
