Leaders in Baltimore County are working together to create a plan to end homelessness. They are hosting a six-day charrette planning process. A charrette is an intense planning session designed to foster collaboration and feedback and to build consensus for solutions. The opening meeting will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, and the panel discussions will be held in the Towson Library meeting room, 320 York Road, ground floor. The feedback sessions will also be held in the library. The final presentation will be held on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in a location to be announced.
