DVDs or new to these workouts, you will love the live class
that started them all. Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and
simple dance moves with music that makes you want to
move it! It won’t even seem like you’re working out. You’ll
kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in
this action-packed, super-fun, super-safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
Please wear supportive athletic shoes (dance type or cross trainers; we will be doing some jumping!) and
bring a water bottle, small towel, yoga/exercise mat, and a smile.
