In this 6th year of our Love & Forgiveness Project. the FRIENDS of the Northeast Interfaith Peace Garden will once again offer a Spring Film Series. This year, all films will be shown at the Mission Helper Center, 1001 West Joppa RD, Towson MD 21204. Admission is free. Each film will be followed by conversation & light refreshments.

The film explores the role of faith in our world today, and the fundamental unity of all religions.

This film features twelve interfaith religious leaders sharing their unique perspectives on peace, unity, tolerance, and hope – especially in our post-9/11 world. There is discussion of the meaning of terrorism, fanaticism, intolerance, and war. And dialogue is shared, for establishing common ground among believers of every faith.

the Dalai Lama
This film is the story of a cinematographer who films his travels through the northern Himalayas. On his travels, he is privileged to meet with HH the Dalai Lama, and asks him ten pressing questions for our time. The film is not only about this interview, but also gives a history of the people of Tibet and their spiritual struggles with the violence that has uprooted their lives.
