The Baltimore County Department of Economic Development and the Baltimore County Revenue Authority are offering area shoppers free parking at all street meters and metered county parking lots on certain days during the holiday season. The Free Meter Parking will be Nov. 25-28 and Dec. 11-19, 2010. Patrons are asked to consider parking only for two hours each day so that others will have the opportunity to park free.
