In honor of Black History Month, author and historian, Louis Diggs, will give a special presentation discussing the greater African-American community in Baltimore, as well as the connection between Hampton and the village of East Towson. Mr. Diggs has spent the last 20 years researching and writing about the African-American communities of Baltimore County. Program begins at 2pm and is sponsored by the Maryland Humanities Council.
