Santa Claus helps count down to the lighting of the 40-foot tall Christmas tree after he arrives by sleigh at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 26, 2010 at the Hunt Valley Towne Centre. The event will begin at 5:45 pm when the Sparks Elementary Choir sings timeless holiday classics. Following the tree lighting, Santa will talk to children at Greetings and Readings in Hunt Valley.
