Putting our own spin on this fantastic show by setting it in Ocean City, Maryland - after a 20 year drought - this upbeat comedy rollicks to an unexpected ending that satirzes economics, the environment, corporate greed, and the plight of the poor.

Led by would-be OC lifeguard, Bobby Strong, the poor stage a revolution against the oppressive corporation, Urine Good Company, to take back their community...at least for a little while.
