Five Lutherville-Timonium Restaurants Participating in Baltimore County Restaurant Week

Well, it’s my favorite time of year again. 

While some of you may count down the days to Shark Week, Oktoberfest or the first week of Spring, the week that gets me really excited is Baltimore County Restaurant Week. 

Kicking off this Friday, Aug.12, and lasting through Aug. 26 (that’s right this year there are two full weeks to enjoy the food), Restaurant Week is a celebration of food and drink that treats Baltimoreans to amazing meals at bargain prices. 

Since some of your favorite stops will be participating this year, we thought it would be worthwhile to run down some of the great offers you can find right here in Lutherville.

But the fun doesn't end there. 

We want YOU to be part of the Lutherville-Timonium restaurant review team. After in search of the best slice of pizza in town, I need a break — and a treadmill.

Without further ado, here is the list of Lutherville-Timonium restaurants participating in Baltimore County's second annual Restaurant Week.

, they have built quite a reputation among Lutherville’s food enthusiasts. For Restaurant Week, the folks at Basta Pasta will be offering a special menu for both lunch and dinner featuring a host of Italian selections of appetizers and entrees.

Lutherville’s premiere fine-dining establishment is jumping in on the Restaurant Week action, offering both a three-course lunch menu for $20.11 and a three-course dinner menu for $35.11. 

Both menus include an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert, ranging from Caprese Salad and Bacon Wrapped Monkfish to Bistro Steak and Peach Cobbler a la Mode.  , so if you’re looking for a sure thing, look no further.

, Liberatore’s always keeps things simple, fresh, and most importantly delicious. 

This year for Restaurant Week, Liberatore’s has decided to offer a four-course dinner menu consisting of five selections of each antipasti, appetizers, pastas, entrees, and desserts for $35.11. The menu will be composed of selections from Liberatore’s classic Italian specialties, which believe me, are nothing short of Old Country goodness.

Michael’s has a reputation as one of the better raw bars in town, as well as being a top notch sports bar for the fan with finer tastes.

Michael’s will be offering a three-course lunch menu for $20.11 featuring two selections of soup, entrees ranging from a Surf and Turf Salad to Artisan Sliders, and a selection of four desserts.  The dinner menu steps it up a notch by offering four courses for $35.11, featuring a choice of appetizers such as BBQ Bacon Wrapped Scallops or the Calamari Rockefeller, a choice of house or Ceasar salad, entrees ranging from Chilean Sea Bass to New York Strip over potato waffles, and again a choice of four desserts.

Much like Basta Pasta, , however you don’t stick around for as long as The Peppermill has if you don’t have a loyal customer base. 

For those of you who have been visiting The Peppermill for years you’ll be glad to hear that your favorite eatery is throwing its hat in the Restaurant Week ring. 

The Peppermill will be offering two three-course menus (one for $25.11 and one for $35.11) each consisting of an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert. 

The menus are made up of some of The Peppermill’s classic favorites such as Cream of Crab Soup, Chicken and Shrimp Louisiana, and Rockfish with Champagne Sauce.  For dessert, choose from six different options, such as Amaretto Bread Pudding or Kahlua Chocolate Mousse Cake, and don’t forget to finish off dinner with one of The Peppermill’s signature after-dinner drinks.
