Latest on Baltimore Riots: National Guard Moves In as City Recovers, Prepares for Tuesday Night

'Seeing my city likes this breaks my heart.' —Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake

“Seeing my city like this breaks my heart,” Rawlings-Blake wrote online Tuesday. “But, like so many Baltimoreans, my resolve is strong. We will not let these deplorable and cowardly acts of violence ruin #OurCity.”
