2 Street Robberies, Mall Kiosks Burglarized: Towson Crime
The Towson police blotter for January includes burglaries, two armed robberies and other crimes.

TOWSON, MD โ In the past week, police said there have been two street robberies in Towson that appear to be related. Both happened on weekday evenings, according to authorities.
One was on Stoneleigh Road, while another was on Falkirk Road, less than a mile apart. Other crimes reported recently include a series of Towson mall kiosk burglaries, a 7-Eleven robbed at gunpoint and a car taken as the result of an apartment burglary.

Property was stolen in an apartment burglary in the 700 block of York Road between 10:43 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29, and 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30.
A man was confronted by a resident in the 600 block of Bridgeman Court when he tried to get in through a sliding door. The burglary attempt was reported at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

A food delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in the 6500 block of Falkirk Road between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 27. There were at least two suspects who tried to steal his vehicle but they were not successful and ultimately ran away. They did take his money and car keys.
Three people, including one who was armed, assaulted a group getting out of a vehicle in the 800 block of Stoneleigh Road at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24. After trying to steal the victims' phones, purses and cash, the suspects left in a vehicle. The only item they took in the robbery was a car key.
Extra Space Storage was burglarized in the unit block of East Joppa Road. Catering equipment and furniture were stolen sometime between 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, and 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Two youths were apprehended after breaking into kiosks at Towson Town Center in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road. The burglaries took place between 8:05 and 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 19.
An apartment in the 600 block of Walker Avenue was burglarized between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14. The suspect got in through a window and stole two game systems as well as cash.
The 7-Eleven in the 300 block of York Road was robbed at gunpoint before 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13.
Three people robbed someone in the 500 block of Overbrook Road at 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11. They took his car key fob, wallet and driver's license.
A car was among the items stolen after an apartment in the 900 block of Southerly Road was burglarized at 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 9. The suspect got in through an unlocked door, then took the victim's cell phone, car keys and vehicle.
There was a robbery at the McDonald's in the 1600 block of East Joppa Road at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7. The suspect got into the restaurant through a back exit, assaulted several employees, acted like he had a gun, took cash from the registers and left.
Tools and construction equipment were stolen from two storage sheds burglarized in the unit block of West Susquehanna Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7.
Jewelry was taken from a home burglarized in the 300 block of Hendrickson Lane between Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. The suspect broke into the home through forced entry.
