Police did not offer descriptions of the men or specify how many incident reports were received related to the case.

WBAL reported that some incidents date back to September, when Towson University student Chloe White said someone had reported to police that a man was seen filming through her apartment windows.

The department said it is working closely with Towson University and neighborhood organizations to identify and apprehend the individuals.

Anyone in the area who sees suspicious activity is being asked to call 911.
