TOWSON, MD — Andrade Robinson, a 55-year-old man from Baltimore, was arrested Friday in connection to an ongoing peeping tom investigation in the Towson area.
Court records show Robinson is facing two misdemeanor charges: visual surveillance with prurient intent and peeping tom.
Baltimore County Police said Robinson was arrested around 4 a.m. near a residence in the Rodgers Forge area.
Authorities put out a notice in April for residents to be on alert after the department received reports of suspicious men looking into the windows of residents near the Donnybrook Apartments, which is located about two miles from Rodgers Forge.

Chloe White, a Towson University student, previously told WBAL that someone had reported to police that a man was seen filming through her apartment windows. When she opted to install a camera after that incident, she managed to capture footage of a separate incident.
It's unclear whether Robinson is the same man who was seen looking into White's apartment.
Records show he remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Robinson's bail hearing is scheduled for Monday.
The investigation is ongoing.
