TOWSON, MD — Two additional men in their 50s were charged in connection with an ongoing Peeping Tom case, police announced Wednesday.

The Baltimore County Police Department said a criminal summons was issued against 56-year-old Daniel F. Sell and 53-year-old Johnnie Wade Jr.

Court records show Sell is facing one count of attempted Peeping Tom, while Wade is facing two Peeping Tom charges.

Both men, police said, are tied to incidents that happened in the area of Knollwood Road and the Donnybrook Apartments.

The first arrest in the case was announced by police on Friday. At the time, officials revealed 55-year-old Andrade Robinson was arrested near a residence in the Rodgers Forge area around 4 a.m.

Records show Robinson was charged with visual surveillance with prurient intent and Peeping Tom. He remains held without bond.

Authorities previously issued a notice in April for residents to be on alert after the department received reports of suspicious men looking into the windows of residents near the Donnybrook Apartments, which is located about two miles from Rodgers Forge.

Towson University student Chloe White earlier told WBAL that she captured a man on surveillance footage looking into her apartment window. The incident was captured after a neighbor had already reported a similar incident to the police.

It's not clear whether Robinson is the same man who was seen looking into White's apartment.

All three men are scheduled for court appearances on July 6.
