Two 13-Year-Olds Arrested In Armed Baltimore Co. Carjackings: Report

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Two teenagers, both aged 13, were arrested in connection with armed carjackings in Owings Mills and Towson over the weekend.

Citing the Baltimore County Police Department, CBS Baltimore reported that the teens were arrested in Woodlawn, and that the carjackings took place between 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
