BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — One arrest was made late Wednesday after a large gathering was reported near the Towson Town Center, according to a report.
Citing Baltimore County Police, Fox 45 reported that the gathering developed around 8 p.m. It's unclear what prompted the arrest or the crowd.
