The incident took place in the 6000 block of Central Avenue and saw officers respond to the scene shortly before 4:30 p.m.

Police said that because of Salgad's age, he was charged with multiple offenses that ranged from reckless endangerment to gun-related charges.

Salgad remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson.
