Armed Suspects Steal Narcotics: Towson Crime

Three home burglaries, theft from restaurant and attempted street robbery were also among recent crimes reported in Towson.

The Baltimore County Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents in the Towson precinct.

A group of individuals, some apparently armed with handguns, seized illegal narcotics from an apartment in Towson. About seven suspects were involved in the assault/robbery, which happened around 9:40 p.m. on Friday, March 4, at an apartment in the 1300 block of Colbury Road.

Cash and other items were stolen from a home in Stoneleigh this week. To get into the home in the 7100 block of Bristol Road, the suspect broke two glass door panels. The burglary happened between 9:20 and 11:10 a.m. on Monday, March 7.

Cash, electronics and more pieces of property were stolen from a residence in Ruxton. The burglary in the 1300 block of Locust Avenue occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 3.

Two televisions were stolen from a home the 1500 block of Glen Keith Boulevard. Two suspects went into the residence between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2.

A third party helped stop a street robbery in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard. At 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, an armed individual went up to a man and demanded his bag. When someone else approached them, the suspect ran away.

Money was taken from Razorback's Raw Bar and Grill in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road sometime between 12:20 and 12:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1.
