"We have a building now" one crew member remarked while I gaped with admiration at the totally roofed-in ACTC structure. Plywood paneling completely covered the trusses that had been added last week, making the facility look whole again. Transformations are occurring faster now that Tuesdays and Thursdays have been added to the Saturday work-day schedule for the volunteers. On Saturday, September 14 of week 15, a nine-member team was hard at work, preparing the inside to get ready for a contractor to pour the concrete floor, or laying the gravel layer for the sidewalk. They took a break for the ever popular lunch, courtesy of Cathy B., Julie C., Leslie S., and Serena W.
