An early Christmas gift to the community opened today, Monday, December 16, 2013 when ACTC volunteer Leslie Ericson opened the door for the first time to cold and hungry clients, waiting outside to enter the newly expanded and wonderfully renovated center. Ann Snead and Pat Phelps were at their desk ready to welcome the clients and respond to their needs. It was a very happy day for everyone involved in the challenging project that began six months ago and good news for the many people ACTC serves throughout the year!
Remember to mark your calendar for the "Rededication Celebration" set for 3 p.m., Sunday, January 26 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 120 W. Allegheny Ave. It will include a service, ribbon cutting, tour of the center and reception.
