Baltimore County Police Seek Help Catching Dognapper
Male suspect was caught on surveillance camera with the stolen dog last month in the Towson area.

TOWSON, MD —The Baltimore County Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a man connected to the theft of a dog last month in the Towson area.
On Thursday, the department released a photo of the suspect and the dog taken by surveillance camera. The dog theft reportedly occurred just after 5:30 p.m. on April 25.
The suspect is described as a Black male, medium build, in his 20s or 30s. In the photo, he is wearing a bright yellow and green jacket, Sponge Bob jeans and black Nike Air Jordan shoes.

The department continues to investigate the incident. Anybody with information about the suspect is asked to call detectives at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous.
