BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County government website was down for hours Thursday, Sept. 26. Officials said they were aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Those trying to access https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov and its related pages were unable to reach the website at all; clicking that link did not go anywhere.
