Barricaded Bank Robbery Suspect in Custody: Police
Police said an armed individual was arrested after allegedly robbing a bank, then hiding in a Baltimore City home.

An individual suspected of robbing an M&T Bank near Mount Washington was taken into custody Friday after being barricaded inside a residence in northwest Baltimore City, police reported.
The bank robbery was reported in the 2800 block of Smith Avenue after 1 p.m. Police said the suspect was armed and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
Authorities said they took the suspect into custody by 9 p.m. in the 3500 block of Garrison Avenue, where the individual had been barricaded inside a home. The suspect was allegedly armed during the barricade situation.

Other people inside the home were able to get outside unharmed, officials said.
