Bonefish Grill Opening in Towson Soon

The restaurant has set a date for ribbon-cutting off Joppa Road.

The latest addition to Towsonโ€™s entertainment district is readying for its grand opening.

Bonefish Grill will officially open Monday, Feb. 16.

Located at Towson Square, Bonefish Grill will offer fish, wood-grilled dishes and everything from salads to cocktails. Some of its specialties include โ€œBang Bang Shrimpโ€ and โ€Blackened Baja Street Tacos.โ€

On Tuesday, Feb. 17, Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will stop by for a 4 p.m. ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration that benefits a local charity.

From 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the restaurant will donate 50 percent of the proceeds (up to $5,000) to the United Way of Central Maryland, according to a statement from Bonefish.

โ€œTo be a part of the Towson community means a lot to us,โ€ Managing Partner Jason Roach said in the statement. โ€œOur hospitality goes beyond the restaurantโ€™s front doors and into the neighborhoods we serve.โ€

Bonefish Grill is located at 127 East Joppa Road in Towson. After its Feb. 16 opening, hours are 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday; 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
