Bosley Building to Transform into 'Trophy-Quality Space': New Owner
A downtown Towson office building has been acquired, with plans to put more than $1 million toward renovations.

TOWSON, MD — A building in the heart of downtown Towson has been acquired for more than $1 million, commercial realty officials announced Thursday.
The Bosley Building at 210 Allegheny Avenue (at the intersection of Allegheny and Bosley avenues) was acquired for $1.07 million, according to Cicero Capital Partners, which now owns the space.
Cicero estimates there will be $1.75 million in renovations on the horizon.

The plan is to "modernize the building’s amenities to deliver a trophy-quality space in the Towson office sub-market,” Bob Neighoff, managing partner at Cicero, said in a statement.
“Given its placement in downtown Towson and walkability to restaurants, business amenities and County agencies, we are extremely confident" that the building will be 100 percent leased following an "aggressive marketing campaign."

Chesapeake Real Estate Group, which has partnered with Cicero, will oversee the management and marketing of the building, which spans five stories and encompasses 25,200 square feet.
Currently the space is vacant. It used to be occupied by Venable LLP.
