Ceremony Opens Improved Parkville/Loch Raven MVA Office

County and state officials gathered in Parkville recently to mark the completion of an expanded Motor Vehicle Administration branch.

Elected officials had a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the completion of improvements to the Parkville/Loch Raven Motor Vehicle Administration branch at North Plaza Mall.

According to a news release, officials taking part included County Councilman David Marks, Delegate John Cluster, Larry Simmons from County Executive Kevin Kamenetz’s office, and Renee Smith representing State Senator Kathy Klausmeier.

Motor Vehicle Administrator Milt Chaffee led the ceremony.

The branch serves 124,000 customers annually. This location was recently expanded to include additional customer counters and a law room for learners permit testing.
