Chad Troy Lark, 44, of Mt. Washington

On Oct. 18, 2015, Chad Troy Lark, of Mt. Washington, beloved husband of Katie Lark for 14 years; devoted father of Lindsey, Carleigh and Shane; treasured son of Sharon Lark and Larry Lark; dear brother of Scott and Todd Lark; cherished uncle of Seth Lark. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Family and friends will honor Chad’s life at the family-owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd., on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with a private family service. Interment Private.
