The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services and the Daniel Carl Torsch Foundation have brought together speakers to educate the community on the heroin and opiate abuse epidemic currently facing the community.

Hear from a recovering addict how to spot warning signs of addiction, was able to find treatment and is now helping others!
