Tips to "de-stress" resolutions

Don’t punish yourself - pace yourself! Nothing defeats good intentions like overload-induced fatigue.

Be a tortoise, not a hare – slow & steady will bring your goals into reality much faster than sporadic bursts of activity.

Ask for help! Going it alone not only makes it harder to achieve your goals, it deprives you of the chance to share your life with friends and family. Some ideas:

Give yourself rewards! It’s hard to re-pattern yourself, so celebrate your achievements regularly, no matter how small they seem – they’ll add up to a happier you!
