Vote with Caution! Dutch Vs. Pat
Exercise your right to vote by voting with caution. How many voters research their candidates before voting
for them? It's not a crime to "swing vote" folks. Our political parties are not the party's of yesteryear. Times
have changed. It is ok to swing vote for the right candidate vs their political party. I've been doing it for years. I grew up in a democrat household when the democrat party supported the blue collar workers. This is not necessarily true any longer & is it correct to vote a party affiliation over the right person for the job? Absolutely not! Both party's have severe quirks. If Lucifer was your only choice, would you vote for him? Yes, many diehard voters would if he was in their political party.. There is a misconception that you must support your party affiliation at the polls. This is what caused our country to decline because of uninformed voters and die hard party affiliation voters. There are great websites to check out candidates voting records like www.votesmart.org. For 1st time candidates without a record, call them and ask questions on issues that are most important to you.
Here are 2 candidates I've thoroughly researched. Dutch Ruppersberger vs. Pat McDonough who are both running for DC congressman. Dutch is running for re-election and Pat want's his seat. As you know Dutch is a democrat and Pat is a republican. Both respected in their communities but how many truly know their positions and how they vote? By using the website www.votesmart.org I found that Dutch's words quite often do "not" match his records. What he says and how he votes can be quite different especially on immigration issues. Recently he was on talk radio saying he supports border security, Yet his voting records says he "does not" support border security. As a matter of fact he is quite supportive of illegal immigrants who use and abuse our systems and take our jobs although felon laws prohibit their hiring.. Md taxpayers, every year, pay in excess of $2billion tax $ for illegal immigrants. Md is also top 5 in foreclosures. *Who's taking our jobs*, thanks to legislators like Dutch Ruppersberger. He also receives an (F) rating by the NRA yet he owns a weapon to protect himself and the safety of his family yet doesn't want our lawbiding citizens to carry. He brought sec 8 into our communities *another abusive program that cost Md. taxpayers billions* and declines our home values. .Do you think his gated community allows section 8 housing?
Let's review Pat McDonoughs' voting records
NRA gave him a 93% rating. American Conservative union 88%. Business community for responsible government 95%. He stands alone sometimes in Annapolis regarding immigration issues. While the majority liberals run the show in Annapolis who completely support illegal immigrants with our jobs and $$, Pat McDonough continues his positions to work for the citizens of our state not against them like Dutch by supporting open borders, allowing illegals to work our jobs and feast off our resources including sec 8, welfare, health care, EBT and so much more.
I remember growing up as a kid in Baltimore city. Raised 3 daughters there and loved it.
Business communities were thriving. GM, Western Electric, Lever Bros, Bethlehem steel, Epsteins, Irvins, White coffee pot and the list goes on. All under the control of the democratic community. Welfare was given only to those in dire need and were pushed into working rather then being on the system. There were welfare investigators who made sure the systems weren't abused.
Today's Democrat party is not our yesteryear Democrats. They are pushovers for their peers or else they were shunned or they catered to unions, and high paying campaign supporters.
If you would research their voting records you will see exactly what I mean.
It sounds like I am pro McDonough and I am.
If you want to bring back our yesteryear memories it's time to relinquish the Democrat party or insist they work for the people, not against us as they've been doing for a long time.
I've done my homework, will you?
