50th Anniversary Celebration for Ascension Lutheran Church Nursery School & Kindergarten
It is a very exciting time at Ascension Lutheran Church Nursery School & Kindergarten! We are happily planning the 50th Anniversary of our preschool. Ascension (ALCNS&K) has hundreds of alumni living in the Towson Community and beyond. Sometimes they drop by the school to fondly remember the days of being a 2, 3, 4 year-old or Kindergartener. Many times they return with their children or grandchildren to enroll a new generation.
On Sunday, April 28th we are going to celebrate this enduring institution. During the 11 a.m. service Ascension Lutheran Church will honor the school for its 50 years of dedication to the education of young children. Beginning at 12 p.m., there will be an indoor lunch and fellowship in the Great Hall, student artwork displays in classrooms and hallways, and face painting and games outdoors.
