The Powell Younger Project plays R&B/Soul and Jazz Standards in their most pure form! Kip Younger provides the vocal stylings and Bryan Powell supplies the sonic palette with his guitar playing and adds vocal harmony when necessary. The duo are cousins and have been playing music together all of their lives. They both grew up on the same street in northwest Baltimore and since their mothers are sisters, they know each other very well personally and musically.
