Yoga classes are starting! Join us for some summertime yoga, taught by registered yoga instructor Charissa Bowman. The focus of yoga is to re-establish the mind-body connection by building physical strength and flexibility, creating a peaceful space for the mind, and unblocking the energetic flow. Through our gently paced classes, students can expect to truly find a place of calm and quiet within themselves.
