Fire at Good Samaritan Hospital Reported

BALTIMORE, MD – There is a fire at Good Samaritan Hospital, according to the Baltimore Office of Emergency Management.

After 3:40 p.m., Baltimore firefighters were continuing to battle the blaze and contain smoke in the 5600 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, officials reported.

Ambulances were being diverted to other hospitals, authorities said.

Officials said after 3 p.m. on Wednesday that there was a fire at the hospital.

Drivers were advised to expect delays on both Loch Raven and East Belvedere Avenue.
