Macy’s Backstage Plans Towson Town Center Opening

TOWSON, MD — Macy’s Backstage is slated for an Aug. 10 opening in Towson Town Center, one of 22 new locations opening across the United States, the company announced Monday. Macy’s Backstage, located within full-line Macy’s stores, offers customers another way to shop by providing significant savings on merchandise unique to the store.

Macy’s Backstage Towson Town Center joins Macy’s Backstage in Baltimore’s White Marsh Mall. The Towson location will have 16,500 square feet of retail space located on the first level inside Macy’s. It will offer 20 to 80 percent discounts on department store prices on apparel, housewares, home textiles and décor, cosmetics, hair and nail care, pet accessories, kid’s shoes, designer handbags, activewear and more.

The company plans to celebrate the store’s grand opening with a variety of events and giveaways for the first 100 customers. One customer will receive a $200 shopping spree.
