Man Arrested In August Fatal Shooting In Pikesville
Baltimore County police have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Tracey Hankins Jr.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Authorities have arrested a man in connection with an August shooting in Pikesville that left one person dead.
On Nov. 25, Baltimore County detectives arrested 31-year-old Kevin Martin, three months after the shooting that claimed the life of 29-year-old Tracey Hankins Jr. Martin is currently being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
According to police, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 6800 block of Liberty Road shortly after 10 p.m. on Aug. 3. When officers arrived, they found Hankins unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Hankins was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He was later transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy to determine his cause of death.
