Missing Man Has Been Found: Baltimore County Police
Police said a man who disappeared near Joppa Road has been located.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A man who disappeared over the weekend from a health center in the Parkville area has been located.
Police reported Andre Volkman has been found, in an update on the missing persons case Monday morning. He was located unharmed and returned home, officials said.
PREVIOUS REPORT (EXPIRED) — A man with limited cognitive function is missing from the Joppa Road area, according to police.

Andre Volkman, 55, was last seen wearing blue sweats near Joppa Road between Loch Raven Boulevard and Oakleigh Road, police reported.
Authorities said the man needs medication and disappeared Saturday afternoon from Genesis Health Center.
