Man Missing From Towson Has Been Located, Police Say

TOWSON, MD — A man missing from Towson has been found, according to police.

James Paul Smith, 42, was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, officials said.

Before 11 p.m. Sunday, authorities said he had been located safely.

When he disappeared from the 1300 block of Highland Drive, police said he was wearing a blue shirt with blue sweatpants and black-and-white shoes. He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 167 pounds.
