Missing 13-Year-Old Has Been Found: Police
A 13-year-old disappeared in the area of Oregon Ridge Park, Baltimore County police said.

Police say a 13-year-old girl last seen at Oregon Ridge Park has gone missing.
Ruth Harlow, 13, was last seen Thursday afternoon at the Cockeysville park, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Authorities have searched extensively in the area around Oregon Ridge and have not been able to find her, police reported Monday afternoon.
Officials believe Harlow may have arranged transportation from the area, and police said she has connections in the Wilkens precinct and relatives in Baltimore City.

Harlow is described as 5’8” tall and 170 pounds.
