The new Starbucks on York Road near Regester is reportedly opening this weekend.
TOWSON, MD — When one door closes, another opens, and that is reportedly the case with Starbucks this week on York Road.
Starbucks at York Road Plaza, near Chipotle, had its last day on Tuesday, according to the Towson Flyer.
About 0.4 mile away, a new Starbucks will be opening.

The Starbucks on York Road at Regester Avenue will open on Saturday, the Flyer reported.
The building, which is newly constructed, is for sale.

While Starbucks will be leasing it for a 10-year period with rent increasing every five years, commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap has listed the property for $3,206,316 for a buyer interested in the fee simple interest.
