Point Breeze Credit Union Among Best Places to Work Finalists

Credit union has been named a finalist in the large companies category in the Baltimore Business Journal's annual competition.

Point Breeze Credit Union has been named a finalist in the large companies category in the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work competition.

Finalists in the annual competition are chosen based on the results of an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, one of the nation’s premier research companies. The survey asks employees to evaluate their company based on 10 key categories: team effectiveness; retention risk; alignment with goals; trust with co-workers; individual contribution; manager effectiveness; trust in senior leaders; feeling valued; work engagement; and people practices.

Upon receiving the completed surveys, Quantum assigns a numerical score to each participating company based on the survey results. The companies are divided into four categories based on their size (micro, small, midsized, and large) and ranked from first to last place based on their score.
