Point Breeze Credit Union Names Amend VP of Collections
Victoria K. Amend has been named Vice President of Collections at Point Breeze, where she previously served as Collections Manager.
Point Breeze Credit Union has named Victoria K. Amend Vice President of Collections.
Amend previously served as Collections Manager at Point Breeze. Since joining the credit union 23 years ago, she has risen from Collections Clerk to Senior Collections Officer to Collections Supervisor to her present post. She was named Collections Manager in 2009.
“Vicky is an asset to Point Breeze,” says Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Tricia Brice. “Over the years, she has consistently demonstrated her knowledge of the collections function and her ability to motivate the collections staff to achieve critical goals, keeping delinquencies low and contributing to the overall health and strength of our credit union for its members.”

As Vice President of Collections, Amend will be responsible for direction and oversight of Point Breeze’s entire collections operation, including prioritizing collection activities in order to exceed member expectations, developing strategies to reduce delinquency and credit loss levels and improving internal processes.
Amend will also make certain operational goals and metrics are achieved or exceeded, and that all collection activity is conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Amend lives in Bowley’s Quarters, MD with her husband, Donald. The couple has two grown sons.
